WHAT AREA'S DO YOU DELIVER TO?

We currently deliver throughout QLD, NSW & Victoria. 

 

HOW LONG WILL MY DELIVERY TAKE?

We ship all order on Express Post using refrigerated transport.

For delivery to Brisbane, Sydney & Melbourne, please allow 3 - 5 days for delivery. 

For deliveries outside of Brisbane, Sydney & Melbourne, please expect a 7 - 10 day delivery time. 

 

HOW MUCH IS DELIVERY?

For orders under $199.00, a $20 delivery fee applies. Delivery is free for any orders above $199.00.

 

WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE FROZEN?

Our items are shipped frozen, ensuring they arrive to you at a safe temperature. We do this to preserve the quality of meat, so it’s delivered to you as fresh as possible.

When your order arrives, simply place straight into your freezer or refrigerator and cook as soon as it’s thawed to guarantee the best quality.

 

HOW IS MY ORDER PACKED?

All of our mince products are packed in 500 gram cryovaced portions. Each portion is air sealed & frozen to ensure optimal freshness.  

Our meat is packed in thermal boxes & will stay cold for up to 1.5hrs on a hot summer’s day. 

 

DO I HAVE TO BE HOME FOR DELIVERY?  

Our meat is packed in thermal boxes & will stay cold for up to 1.5hrs on a hot summer’s day. This ensures your order arrives fresh, cold, and safe although we do recommend putting your order in the fridge or freezer as soon as you receive it. 

 

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY MEAT IS WARM WHEN IT ARRIVES?

Though we go to great measures to ensure it is not, if any of your order is warm to the touch, we suggest discarding that portion and contacting us as soon as you can.

We take food safety and shipping our products very seriously. We take as many measures as possible to ensure your order arrives in a safe condition.
